I use DocBook for my AXitd (Applied XML in technical documentation) project website http://home.arcor.de/feuchtinger01/website/index.html.
I also use Docbook in several documentation projects. So after a few years of experience I have a couple of customized stylesheets which I use for technical documentation.
I also try to run some XML-projects which optimize the processes in the typical documentation environment using Open Source SW components. E.g. a XML database which produces all necessary formulars for the administration of print and online publications. The documentation of these projects are also written in DocBook.
