Welcome to the DocBook Wiki.
In early March 2011, ibiblio, the former hosts of this site, accidentally deleted the machine imagine on which it ran. This had the disastrous consequence of also deleting the backups of the site. All was lost.
I've resurrected as best I can, but a great many edits have been lost. I've no excuse for not having better backups myself. Please accept my profound an sincere apologies. I will not repeat the error.
Any help you can give in restoring edits that you may have made is greatly appreciated.
Anyone can edit these pages. Yes, that means you! Unfortunately, in order to combat malicious vandalism, you now have to RegisterFirst and then ask one of the existing users listed on the UserGroup page to add your name to that page (UserGroup lists those users who have permission to edit this Wiki; AdminGroup lists administrators).
If you aren't familiar with Wiki concepts, please take a few minutes to explore the MoinMoin site and wiki:WikiPedia/Wiki page.
